Hellenic Realty is a Greek Licensed Real Estate Agency founded and operating since 1996 handling sales of residential properties in Greece with a particular focus and interest in the traditional houses.

Since the last 15 years we have been also devoted to the rehabilitation and refurbishment of old stone houses transforming abandoned ancient or historical buildings into comfortable houses which integrate modernism and historical heritage. Our motivation is to maintain the authenticity and spirit of the old buildings. The use of reclaimed materials and the reproduction of ancient techniques isessential for our work.
